Please add your email to your account.\u00a0 This will be the only way that we can communicate with you if there is an issue with the routes or if there are any route changes.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n What is TrashBilling.com? <\/strong><\/p>\n Trash Billing provides trash haulers with an easy option for processing electronic payments. Trash Billing is an independent contractor. Please continue contacting your local hauler directly with any billing or service questions. <\/em><\/p>\n How the charge will appear on your financial statement?<\/strong> Who will the emails be coming from and what will they look like? <\/strong><\/p>\n ALL emails come directly from your local trash hauler\u2019s location. All information in the email is entered directly from your local hauler\u2019s location. The email address that will appear is netcomm@TrashBilling.com. This is because your local hauler is utilizing our software to send their emails out.<\/p>\n Customer ID number<\/strong><\/p>\n Your local hauler will provide you with a 12-digit customer ID number. This is going to be your account number going forward and the number you will use to sign into your account on TrashBilling.com. When the hauler creates your account, this will be the corresponding account for you to log into on TrashBilling.com.<\/p>\n Paying at <\/strong>www.trashbilling.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n When logging into www.trashbilling.com<\/a>, you will see 2 boxes. You will have the option to pay your bill when you log in through the \u201cView your Account\/Pay your Trash Bill\u201d box.<\/p>\n Using your 12-Digit customer ID number, fill in the green box. You will be prompted, to either enter or create a new password. After doing this you will see all your contact information, based on what the local Trash Hauler has entered. (Name, Address, email address, etc.) If you do NOT see this information, double-check that you entered the correct 12-digit customer ID number.<\/p>\n Payment Types Accepted<\/strong><\/p>\n You can make your payment by using a checking or savings account, or a debit or credit card.
